Shipping & Returns

Our pieces are 100% hand made therefore they are very delicate pieces and we cannot guarantee that once out of our hands they will be treated with the same love and care as we do. 

Any returns must be made within 5 days after receiving the goods in order to be able to receive a full refund for your order. If you wish to receive  a refund please email us within 5 days after receiving your goods explaining the reason for your return.

Please make sure to return the goods in their original package. If the pieces show any visible signs of being used the refund will be denied.

Size or color exchanges can be requested within 5 - 7 days after receiving the goods. Please notify us by email if you wish to request an exchange of any kind. please be aware our stock is very limited so we cant always guarantee the size or color you wish will be available at the time.
